What does two-way sales order sync mean?

Most data in Brahmin syncs one way — from Brahmin to your other platforms. Sales orders are the exception. When you close an order on Shopify, it closes in Brahmin. When you fulfill an order in Brahmin, the carrier and tracking info push back to the sales channel automatically. This is the only two-way sync in the system.

Can I link a sales order directly to a production run?

Yes. When a sales order requires products that need to be manufactured, you can create a work order directly from the sales order. Brahmin ties the two together so you can track which production runs are fulfilling which customer orders.

How does shipping work with Brahmin?

Brahmin integrates with ShipStation for shipping. When an order is ready to ship, you generate a shipping label through ShipStation, and the carrier and tracking number sync back to both Brahmin and the original sales channel — so your customer gets tracking updates automatically.
