Manufacturing meets
accounting
Stop double-entering invoices and bills. Brahmin syncs your manufacturing data to QuickBooks automatically — your books are always up to date.
What syncs — and in which direction
Data flows one-way from Brahmin to QuickBooks. You control which transaction types sync — toggle each one on or off.
Month-end reconciliation in hours, not days
Before Brahmin, manufacturers manually enter invoices, bills, and COGS into QuickBooks — then spend days at month-end reconciling discrepancies. With Brahmin, every transaction syncs automatically in real-time.
With multiple Shopify stores and wholesale orders all flowing through Brahmin, everything syncs to QuickBooks automatically. Month-end reconciliation that used to take two to three days now takes a few hours.

Frequently asked questions
Does Brahmin replace QuickBooks?
No. Brahmin handles inventory, production, purchasing, and order management. QuickBooks handles accounting. They work together — Brahmin sends financial data to QuickBooks automatically so your accountant works in the tool they already know.
What can I choose to sync to QuickBooks?
You control exactly what syncs. You can turn on or off: invoices, bills, purchase orders, and journal entries for transactions like shipments, receipts, and returns. Pick what makes sense for your workflow.
Is the QuickBooks sync real-time?
Yes. Data syncs automatically as transactions are created in Brahmin. When you complete a shipment, the journal entry is in QuickBooks within minutes — not at the end of the day or week.
Does Brahmin support QuickBooks Desktop?
Brahmin integrates with QuickBooks Online. QuickBooks Desktop is not supported. If you're currently on Desktop, Intuit offers a migration path to QuickBooks Online.
Does the integration handle multi-currency?
Yes. Brahmin supports multi-currency and syncs the correct currency values to QuickBooks for international transactions.
How does COGS tracking work with QuickBooks?
When a shipment, production order, or receipt is completed in Brahmin, a journal entry is automatically sent to QuickBooks with the correct COGS values. No manual calculations or spreadsheet exports needed.
What about payments — do those sync?
Yes. Invoice payments sync from Brahmin to QuickBooks as they are marked as paid. This keeps your accounts receivable accurate without manual updates.
